Since appearing in a little song by The Chainsmokers, Philly-based alt-pop artist ROZES (Elizabeth Mencel) has been on a roll as a solo artist, FIRST releasing an EP full of synth-soaked deliciousness (Burn Wild), THEN quickly following up with a slew of hook-heavy one-offs, including “Hanging On” (which I was buzzing about back in June).
