America – get ready for the stunning new Alicia Keys album, The Element of Freedom. Released on December 15th via MBK Entertainment/J Records, the 14-track album (her 5th) offers slick production from the likes of Alicia Keys, Kerr “Krucial” Brothers, Jeff Bhasker, Swizz Beatz and Noah “40” Shebib. In addition to the album’s lead singles, “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart” and “Doesn’t Mean Anything,” fans can also hear her Alicia’s solo-take on “Empire State Of Mind,” dubbed “Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down.” The album also sees star-studded collaborations on “Put It In A Love Song” with Beyoncé and “Un-thinkable (I’m Ready)” with Drake on back-up vocals. The album was made available to stream on Alicia’s Facebook page in advance of it’s release thanks to RCA and Social Media Technology Firm Involver. Element of Freedom is available for sale in both deluxe and standard editions on iTunes, Target and other places music is sold.
