Aiden Grimshaw Set to Drop Debut Single June 3rd; Teases New Remixes

Aiden Grimshaw is set to release his debut single, “Is This Love” on June 3rd (iTunes UK) followed by the release of his album, Misty Eye, due August 13th on RCA Records.  Ahead of the single release in a couple of weeks, Grimshaw offers fans two new interpretations of his flawless debut single in the form of two quality remixes.  Check them out BELOW.

  

“Is This Love” was remixed to perfection by accomplished UK outfit II Figures (Sunday Girl, Clare Maguire) and talented Dutch duo DubVision (Syke’n’Sugarstarr).  The two remixes work perfectly with the song, each highlighting and preserving different elements of Grimshaw’s original, all the while giving the tune a fresh rejiggering. Love this!

While the video for Grimshaw’s new single dropped nearly three weeks ago, the talented X-Factor contestant just released a ‘Behind The Scenes‘ clip from video set.  If you were mourning over the lack of Aiden in the actual video, you’ll be pleased to see quite a bit more of the handsome electro-crooner here.  Seems like he was quite hands-on throughout the entire process!  “Is This Love” will be available to download June 3rd in the UK (iTunes UK) as part of a four track EP featuring remixes by Dorian, DubVision and Muffler.
